Financial services guide
The Financial Services Guide (FSG) contains important information about our relationship with you.
We explain a number of matters including:
- The services we offer and our standard terms of business in addition to the Limit of Indemnity
- Our remuneration
- Any potential conflicts of interest we may have
- Our internal and external dispute resolution procedures
If we recommend a particular retail insurance product to you, or you ask us to arrange insurance, we will also provide you with a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). The PDS is prepared by the Insurer and contains information about the product recommended, to help you make a more informed decision about that product.
